RELIABLE HOME CONSTRUCTION IS EXPANDING!
We are looking for experienced, dependable roofing crews and window installers for ongoing residential projects throughout Ocean County, Monmouth County and surrounding New Jersey areas.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Roofing subcontractor crews — complete tear-offs and roof replacements
Window subcontractors — replacement windows, double-hungs, sliders, exterior aluminum capping, trim work and wood-rot repair
REQUIREMENTS — MUST HAVE:
✅ Proper licensing/registration required for the work performed
✅ Current liability insurance
✅ Own professional tools and equipment
✅ Own work trucks/vehicles and reliable transportation
✅ Experience in roofing or replacement-window installation
✅ Dependable crew and reliable scheduling
✅ Professional appearance and communication
✅ Quality workmanship
✅ Ability to maintain a clean and safe job site
