Job Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support several high-visibility hiring initiatives across the organization. This role will primarily support executive-level recruiting efforts, including VP and Senior Director searches within the FP&A organization, while also assisting with large-scale field operations hiring projects. This role is fully remote but candidate must work EST or CST.
Skills and Requirements
2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive scheduling, or similar experience. Strong calendar management and scheduling skills. Professional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive leadership. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Experience with ATS platforms; Dayforce experience preferred. Recruiting or talent acquisition experience is a plus but not required. Experience supporting executive-level hiring. Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Experience working with staffing agencies and recruiting teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a high-visibility environment.
