Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in GIS, cartography, CADD, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience developing user interfaces, menus, and macro-level commands; conducting complex spatial analyses; and producing reports to customer specifications.
• Experience with ArcGIS Online (AGOL), Portal, ArcGIS Experience Builder, and Dashboards.
• At least 4 years of experience developing GIS solutions that create, maintain, or use geospatial basemap information.
• Experience creating basemaps and tile caches, and conducting imagery analysis.
• At least 4 years of advanced SQL experience, including writing database scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SSIS packages.
• Experience maintaining spatial databases, documenting procedures, validating data, and updating and maintaining metadata for new and existing items.
• At least 4 years of advanced experience with unit, system, regression, and automated testing to ensure product quality meets client expectations.
• At least 2 years of experience with C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Transact SQL (T-SQL), TypeScript, and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Bachelors degree required. Foreign degrees are accepted if evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. bachelors degree.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience with MS ADO, GIT, MS Office, and Helix.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience with Angular.

• Support multiple highly complex GIS applications, including applications for environmental and natural-resource functions.
• Collaborate with development staff, offering advice and guidance as needed.
• Work with Project Managers to help meet project quality standards, milestones, and deadlines.
• Maintain and modify existing web, client/server, and mobile applications to develop solutions and streamline spatial data needs.
• Provide additional application development support as assigned.
• Follow applicable technology and client standards.
• Develop or approve testing and implementation plans for web-based, client/server, mobile, and data system applications.
• Assess the impact of emerging technologies and recommend solutions to persistent problems.
• Act as a customer service liaison for clients and external consultants.
• Keep current with evolving IT technologies through continuous learning.
• Support applications across PC-based, web-based, and mobile platforms, including legacy application development and maintenance where applicable.
