General Mail Sorter

We are seeking a diligent and reliable General Mail Sorters for our 3rd shift operation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the initial preparation of outgoing metered mail, ensuring all items meet quality and accuracy standards before entering the production process. General Mail Sorter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.75 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift

• Monday - Saturday (with one designated day off during the week) plus Sundays off11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Accurately review and verify proper date, postage, and barcode quality on outgoing metered mail.
• Prepare and stage mail according to established procedures for efficient production flow.
• Perform essential quality checks to ensure mail readiness and compliance with pre-sorting standards.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.

General Mail Sorter Qualifications:

• Ability to repetitively lift up to 25lbs and occasionally lift up to 50lbs, with or without accommodation.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must be available to work the specified 3rd shift hours and days.
• English & Spanish languages accepted. 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
