Job Description

Help improve next-generation AI systems by evaluating Dutch-language audio for naturalness, fluency, and linguistic accuracy. This remote contract role centers on applying native Dutch expertise to detailed language assessments and actionable written feedback. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

• Listen to short Dutch audio clips and assess the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated speech.
• Evaluate pronunciation, grammar, and overall linguistic authenticity against native Dutch standards.
• Provide clear written feedback on language nuances, errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Document findings accurately using project-specific tools and guidelines.
• Work with quality assurance leads to support consistent, accurate assessments.
• Maintain close attention to detail across evaluations and submissions.
• Attend occasional project update sessions and respond to clarification requests as needed.

• Native-level Dutch proficiency, including a strong understanding of regional language variations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, with English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly for language analysis or editorial work.
• Ability to deliver constructive, concise, and actionable feedback.
• Comfort using online platforms to review, document, and submit assessments remotely.
• Experience in linguistic evaluation, language teaching, translation, or a related field is advantageous.
• Interest in language technology and commitment to linguistic accuracy.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $30 to $65 per hour.
